We are delighted to share that City Science has been commissioned to develop an Electric Vehicle Strategy for North East Lincolnshire.
The aim of this Strategy is to provide a central strategic vision for the roll out of charge points up to 2026, with an indicative outlook to 2030, in order to support residents, visitors and local fleet operators in making the switch from petrol and diesel vehicles to electric.
By taking a borough-wide view, we will identify opportunities to utilise Council owned assets and to collaborate with private land owners and businesses to support EV infrastructure delivery. Our recommendations will consider the range, locations and timescales for roll out, whilst also identifying funding and delivery mechanisms. Collaboration with North East Lincolnshire Council and wider key stakeholders will underpin every stage of the work and ensure that our strategy is actionable and effective.
